Virtual Ice Cream Social

You’re invited to PSPWN’s 21st annual ice cream social! Things are a little different this year, but we couldn’t let this tradition pass us by. Instead of our usual gathering of blue and white and creamery ice cream, we’ll be meeting on Zoom, and the ice cream is BYO.

Dr. Helene Hopfer of the Department of Food Science will be speaking about her background and facilitating an at-home taste test. Her research focuses on the human-food interface and how aroma and flavor affect your food choice. 

To participate in the optional at-home taste test, please bring a classic Hershey’s milk chocolate bar and/or a Hershey’s dark chocolate bar.

We will also be giving away a $25 ice cream gift card for Ice Cream Jubilee and a PSPWN membership. Please register in advance of the event to be entered to win. Registration is FREE with an optional donation to Multicultural Recruitment and Retention in the College of Agricultural Science.
