About the event

Join Penn State Professional Women's Network of DC for a virtual discussion during Women’s History Month on how to best advocate for yourself and others in the workplace. We have a wonderful panel of powerful DC women including, Mauresa Pittman, Acting Strategic Communications Business Partner at United States Postal Service, Loren AliKhan, Solicitor General of DC and Amelia Draper, Meteorologist at NBC 4. These women will share their personal experience and lessons learned while navigating their professional lives.

This event is free for PSPWNDC members and donation based for other guests. All proceeds will be donated to Women’s HQ. Women’s HQ is a DC based organization serving a community of Black and Brown women who live in domestic violence and homeless shelters in Washington, DC.
