Keleigh Asbury, Director of Alumni Career Services, Penn State Smeal College of Business

Keleigh Asbury is the director of Alumni Career Services for The Smeal College of Business. She completed her B.S. at Penn State in 1996 in Health & Human Development, later obtaining her M.B.A. in Marketing at Argosy University in Denver. Her diverse career path has led her to outdoor sports and education in Boulder, Colorado, arts administration and graduate career advising in Denver, Colorado, and international business and education in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her strength is building individualized career plans for alumni while connecting them to strategic opportunities in the world of business. Keleigh’s foundation to success is an entrepreneurial approach to new ideas and challenges for she is presently a graduate student in Corporate Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Smeal/World Campus.

Sarah Dunning, Director of Business Development at Brazen Technologies, Inc.

Sarah Dunning is the Director of Business Development at Brazen Technologies, Inc. Brazen is the leading virtual career fair technology, helping top employers and universities recruit and engage at scale. Sarah has worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years through her time at ManpowerGroup and now, Brazen. She is a proud PSU alumna and mother of two boys. Sarah lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband and sons.

Melinda Sweeney, Senior Recruiter, McKinsey & Co.

Melinda Sweeney is a Senior Recruiter at consulting firm McKinsey & Company. She graduated from Penn State in 2011 and from grad school at the University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Melinda has worked in university admissions, financial aid, and corporate recruiting for eight years, during which she has engaged with countless college-aged students and experienced professionals alike through application and interview processes. She lives with her husband (proud Penn State alum) and daughter (future Nittany Lion) in Dallas, TX.
