Join PSPWN of DC for a a workshop with 2006 Alum Deanna Figurito. Attendees leave with new awareness of the conditioning surrounding their sense of self and a playbook for stomping out self doubt and playing big. Workshop will include open dialogue, normalize the conversation, increase confidence, brainstorm and offer accessible solutions.   Deanna Figurito is the Founder and Lead Coach of DFig Connects Coaching and Consulting, an Executive Coaching group with one mission - to help everyone live an authentic life. Deanna is a Penn State alum and a Tech leader who left her 13-year, Corporate life at Pinterest to move to Peru to be with her family when Covid ravaged the world. Since then, she’s launched DFig Connects Coaching and Consulting where she works with people, companies, and teams to establish values to create a more fulfilling life and satisfying workplace. DFig Connects offers various leadership development programs for engagement and retention of talent. Her perspective on Leadership and background in Marketing is shaped by her experience as a Sales leader in the competitive corporate environment of Pinterest and Tech in New York City. Deanna's extensive network spans globally as she works across the Americas and EMEA.
